Farm-Fresh Mornings Above the Hudson Valley

Breakfast, baked goods, and open pastures where Cornwall's countryside feeds your soul every weekend.

About Us

Perched along Angola Road with the Schunemunk Mountains framing every window, Jones Farm earns its 4.8-star reputation one plate at a time. Guests drive from across the Hudson Valley for the JF breakfast platter, a generous spread of fluffy eggs, hand-cut bacon, and crispy seasoned home fries that arrive hot and honest, exactly what a working farm kitchen should produce.

Beyond the food, the farm itself is half the draw. Wander past the hen coop, watch the animals graze summer pastures, and breathe air that smells like blooming fields rather than a parking lot. It is the kind of morning that resets a week, and regulars come back for it every Saturday without fail.

The gift shop rounds out the visit with locally sourced goods worth bringing home. Cornwall is lucky to have a place this genuine, and first-timers rarely stay strangers for long.

What We Offer

The kitchen opens Wednesday through Sunday at 8 AM and runs a full breakfast menu anchored by the farm breakfast platter, eggs cooked to order, thick-cut bacon, golden home fries, and fresh-baked goods that rotate with the season. The bakery counter draws its own loyal crowd, so arriving early on weekends is wise.

The farm store stocks fresh and local goods you can carry straight to your table or take home for the week. A dedicated gift shop offers farm-branded items and regional products that make thoughtful, unhurried souvenirs. On-site animals and open pasture views give families with kids a reason to linger long after the last biscuit disappears.

Jones Farm does not try to be everything. It does a focused list of things exceptionally well, and that restraint is exactly why it keeps filling tables five days a week.

"This family-owned gem boasts stunning views and delicious food that you can’t resist! We devoured the JF breakfast platter—fluffy eggs, perfectly cooked bacon, and crispy, seasoned home fries. The avocado toast was a dream, layered with chunky avocado on freshly baked multigrain, topped with a sunny-side egg! The blueberry scone was fresh and soft, and the crumble pie topped with almonds was heavenly! To top it off, the coffee was delightful, and yes, free refills! The boys loved feeding the chickens! The gallery and gift shop are lovely. Well organized with lots of candles, soaps, clothes, toys and jewelry. A must-visit in Central Valley, NY! We enjoyed Jones farm!"

"Very cute spot! The animals are very cute and fun to watch. The food and baked goods are tasty, but not anything too special. It can get very busy on weekends, so be prepared. There is a gift shop upstairs with handmade candles, clothing, housewares, etc. They also have some nice quality grocery items on the main floor."

"What a beautiful experience. Looking out at the Schunemunk mountains , the beautiful pastures, the cute hen coop and the summer blooms was a blissful start to the day and very memorable. The summer lines were non stop so I’d advise get there as early as you can. Rustic and quaint. I had a good choice of veggie food. And the food was good. My family enjoyed the breakfast sandwich. The service provided was great. Enjoyed their farms animals and took lovely pictures. Their carrot cake is the best I’ve had and all their baked goods we tried - the cookies etc were delicious"

"They have the best carrot cake and other baked goods as well. I haven't really tried any other items at their cafe but they always seem very busy. Every time I've visited I have a slice of carrot cake and the last time they were all out so I had to buy an entire cake. That's how good it is. You also get to see the chickens and a few other animals they have on the property. Very cute place to walk around."

"So cute! Love the holidays vibes here recently. The animals are also lovely to say hello to, and you can get some feed inside. Famous for their carrot cake....but they have sooo much more to offer. The upstairs is a gem. Had breakfast and lunch here and it was all delicious. Don't forget to checkout the baked goods."
